Body – Gesture – Space
Works from Hilti
Art Foundation

The exhibition of paintings, sculptures and prints by 21 artists addresses body, gesture and space in two senses: on one hand, representational, as in the depiction of a human figure, the movement of a hand or a natural landscape, for example, in the work of Ferdinand Hodler, Leiko Ikemura Thomas Struth; on the other hand, concrete, for instance, as a pictorial object, as identifiable physical modification of material or as a factual pictorial space, exemplified by Gotthard Graubner, Callum Innes and Lucio Fontana.
